Movement has been at the core of my experience from a very early age. I have moved around the globe from Colombia to America, from New York to California flowing from one experience to the next.

I seek to integrate the various experiences of life into a lifestyle of embodied living that grounds me into the moment. I reserve presence and awareness to share my passion for my work.

And along the journey, I have enjoyed various forms of movement with my body. Meditation: noticing my belly rising and falling; Tai Chi: energy flows when we allow things to happen; Yoga: deep self-acceptance; and Dance: soulful expression and rhythmic coordination.
